TEXT ALERTS CONTEST RULES

To be entered in the Text Alerts Contest, click here to register your cell number and receive text alerts from WestCAT. YOUR TEXT ALERT ACCOUNT MUST REMAIN ACTIVE TO BE INCLUDED IN THE DRAWING FOR THE PRIZE. There is no purchase element to this contest. Standard SMS rates may apply. One grand-prize winner will be selected at random from active cell numbers/entries on or about March 31, 2022. Winner will receive his/her choice of twelve (12), 31-Day passes good on all WestCAT local route buses or three (3) 31-Day Passes good on Lynx to San Francisco. Lynx passes are also accepted on local routes. Passes will be issued by WestCAT and cannot be loaded onto Clipper. Prize selection cannot be changed after tickets are issues. Prize passes are not valid on Paratransit or neighboring transit agencies. Anyone without the ability to create a text alert account on a cell phone may enter the contest by mailing a postcard to WestCAT with your name, address and phone number. Mail-in entries must be received no later than March 31, 2022. Late entries will not be accepted. Mail entries to: WestCAT, Attn: Text Alerts Contest, 601 Walter Ave., Pinole, CA 94564. If winner is selected among mail entries, winner will be notified by phone.
