3) BY MAIL (Personal Check / Money Order / Transportation Benefit) - WestCAT Ticket Order Form (PDF). It takes approximately 3-4 working days on all mail in orders. Please allow for weekends and holidays. Using a FedEx/UPS account? Please provide account information for billing purposes.

CLIPPER CARD

Riders using Clipper can load fare value and passes onto their cards at the WestCAT office in Pinole (some restrictions do apply), online at ClipperCard.com, and at participating retailers. Clipper users can also add fare value at terminals in BART stations.
