Lost and Found

If you have lost or misplaced an item on our coaches, use our Comment Card above or call (510) 724-7993 and...

  • Be sure to provide a thorough description of the item as well as any identification that might be on or with it.

  • Make sure you include a way for us to reach you (phone number and/or email address) if we locate your item.

After 30 days, unclaimed items are donated to charity.  If you have any questions, please call WestCAT information at (510) 724-7993, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.  weekdays.

How to File a Title VI Complaint

WestCAT is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in, or denied the benefits of its services on the basis of race, color or national origin as protected by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended (*Title VI*).  If you believe you have been subjected to discrimination under Title VI, you may file a written complaint.
